The Viper PS480 manual push sweeper is a robust and highly productive cleaning machine for indoor and outdoor use and is perfect for sweeping up all types of dirt and debris, including paper, leaves, bottle caps, small screws and nails etc.

With a working width of 70cm and a 38-litre hopper, the easy-push Viper PS480 makes quick work of sweeping up in shops, offices, schools and warehouses, as well as outside in forecourts, paths, stations etc. This sweeper has a compact, lightweight design and construction on a durable frame, this floor sweeper is easy to manoeuvre. It has no motor, battery, or power cord, so needs very little maintenance and has easy to replace parts. The hopper is very light, with a robust handle which makes it easy to empty

The handle is adjustable to suit the operator and can also be folded flat for ease of transport and storage. Supplied with a main broom and one side broom as standard, a second can be added if required. The brooms are rotated via a belt drive or by a simple two-wheel transmission.

How to use the Viper PS480

• The main broom is easily adjustable by turning the handle knob. When the sweeper is pulled back, the broom stops revolving
• To replace the main broom, just unscrew three screws on each side
• The side broom is belt-driven. To increase the tension of the belt, just move the plate, unscrew two screws on the plate, and adjust as needed
• To replace the side broom, simply unscrew three screws.
